Features of Wisdom

Features of Wisdom

Face of life
etched in deep-carved lines
Wisdom's skilled
countenance
imparts his hard-earned wisdom
with kindness and smiles

Excellent post; but goodness I wish wisdom had been as kind to me as it is to you. Rather than constantly imparting its "hard earned wisdom with kindness & smiles" it always seems to let its presence be known by kicking me straight in the teeth! ;)

I didn't mean wisdom had been kind to me but that, from the look on the face, that is how this man imparts his. No, wisdom has kicked me in the teeth a couple of times too. Thanks for commenting.

I can relate. IMO kindness and smiles are the true mark of wisdom. And often it takes hard times to get to that point. Great work with the prompt!

perhaps it is the wisdom he earned that allows the smile...

Perfect! I believe only through kindness and compassion will we gather wisdom. The picture above exemplifies your words perfectly. (Hugs)Indigo

great post to pic you pulled off and I welcome the sentiment. how many times have I watched those pushed aside whom we should cherish and draw on their decades of wisdom? :)
